Terms of service

Order Cancellations:
We cannot edit an order that has been placed. We use secure encrypted software through our web host and cannot add onto additional orders. If you need to cancel, please follow the above steps and we will be happy to do this if you order is less than 24 hours old.
If your order is less than 24 hours old you may cancel it and replace the order with a new order. To do so, please send an email to: MerakiSistersBoutique@gmail.com with your order number(s) that need cancelled. The orders will be cancelled and followed up with a confirmation email to confirm such, along with your refund. Please check your bulk/spam email folder for correspondence from us.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS:
All Pre-Orders must be paid in advance to reserve your item and will ship in 1-2 weeks. Unless otherwise stated.
