Shipping policy

SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of IN STOCK items. Items Labeled "Custom" or "Pre-Order" will take approx. 10-14 Business Days to ship. You can email us at MerakiSistersBoutique@gmail.com for a more accurate shipping time on those items. Once they are processed they will reach their destination in 5-7 business days. Please note delays due to USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control.

We ship via USPS First Class 2-5 Days or Priority Mail 1-3 Days depending on the size and weight of your order. Once an item has been shipped, we are no longer in control of delivery times. A tracking # will be provided via e-mail once your order has shipped.

Meraki Sisters Boutique is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. Please contact your local Post Office for these rare instances. Also, delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We ship to the address provided. If it is not correct, I cannot be held responsible for that mistake.

**Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
